Benefits of Membership
The American Women’s Club of Montreal is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our members and the community in which we live. Through social activities, fundraising efforts and volunteer opportunities, members of the AWC Montreal meet like-minded women in a fun and social atmosphere while making meaningful contributions to the Greater Montreal area.
As a member, your participation in the club can be as simple as joining an interest group or as involved as leading through a board or committee position. We welcome new ideas for volunteer and social activities. The club improves with each new member. Join us!

The American Women’s Club of Montreal offers three types of membership:
Active member ($50 per year)
For applicants who are citizens of the United States living in Montreal.
Associate member ($50 per year)
For applicants who meet one of the following criteria:
Foreign-born daughters of members in good standing of an American Women's Club
Women who have spouses, children, parents or siblings who are citizens of the United States of America
Women who have previously been a member of an American International Women's Club
Women who have served or whose parent(s) or spouse have served in the U.S. military
Women who hold US green cards or are married to those who hold U.S. green cards
Non-resident members ($25 per year)
For former members residing beyond a radius of 50 miles from Montreal
There is a one-time initiation fee of $25 in addition to the membership dues outlined above. This fee helps to offset our administrative costs.
