Associate memberships are available for the foreign-born daughters of members of the club, wives of American citizens, or any woman whose been a member of another America Women's Club. Junior memberships are open to young women from 16 to 20 years of age.

Active Membership
To be eligible for an Active Membership, an applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America. New applicants must pay an initiation fee and annual dues.
Proof of citizenship must accompany a signed application with necessary fee(s).

Junior Membership
Consisting of young women from 16 to 20 years of age having the same qualifications as active members. These members shall have no voting privileges. They must pay the initiation fee but not annual dues.

Associate Membership
Consisting of women who are foreign-born daughters of members in good standing, wives of US citizens, or who have previously been a member of an American Women's Club abroad. These members have the same voting privileges as an Active member. "All Associate members in good standing are eligible to be nominated as chair of a standing committee." New applicants must pay an initiation fee and annual dues. Proof of membership in affiliated American Women's Club abroad and/or proof of spousal citizenship must accompany a signed application with necessary fee(s).

Non-Resident Membership
Non-resident membership may be acquired by former members residing beyond a radius of fifty (50) miles from Montreal. These members shall have no voting privileges. They must pay annual non-resident dues.

Renewal Membership
Renewing members must fill out an application form and return it with their annual dues by March 1st. Members who have not paid dues by the last day of April shall be suspended from membership. They may be reinstated, however at the discretion of the Executive board upon payment of dues and a sign application form.

Active Member--$45.00
Associate Member--$45.00
Non-Resident--$20.00

(Members elected after January 1st may be admitted on payment of the initiation fee only. They will not have voting privileges, however, until payment of the annual dues March 1st.)

(The specified initiation fee shall accompany each application for Active, Associate, and Junior membership. These fees shall be refunded in full if the applicant is not elected to membership.)
